This Acceptable Use Policy sets out how the JudgeIT service may and may not be used. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who accesses the service.
JudgeIT is provided for the legitimate administration of competition judging by authorised organisations and their appointed officials — setting up competitions, scoring, auditing, and producing official results.
You must not:
Because JudgeIT produces official competition results, conduct that undermines the fairness or trustworthiness of a result — tampering, collusion, or misrepresenting scores — is treated as a serious breach of this policy.
We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or restrict access to protect the service and other users. Serious or unlawful breaches may be reported to the relevant authorities and to the client organisation responsible for the account.
If you become aware of misuse, a security vulnerability, or suspicious activity, please report it promptly to [email protected]. We welcome responsible disclosure of security issues.
This document is provided for transparency and is reviewed periodically. It does not constitute legal advice. For questions, contact [email protected].
